Trunk of Funk is an annual celebration of the seasons. Each autumn Yonder brew a strong, dark ale on to foraged fruits and age in red wine barrels, where their house cultures work their sour magic. 12 months later it is blended back on to the new seasons foraged fruit.
With this rich Flanders Red style beer expect the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, with depth provided by oak and stone fruits. Much like a funky natural red wine.
