Ciello Bianco is an organic white wine from Sicily made from Catarratto grapes. Hands on, natural approach without filtration leaves this wine with a deliciously savoury aspect. Deep golden colour, refreshing acidity, and nice earthy body. Lots of quince, apricots and almonds on the finish.
